Frequently Asked Questions.
Straight answers, not marketing language, about pricing, timelines, ownership, and how this actually works.
General Questions.
How much will this cost?
Projects start from ₹15,000, and the final quote depends on scope. After an initial conversation, we'll give you a clear, transparent quote based on your requirements, features, and timeline — no hidden costs, and nothing you didn't agree to.
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on scope and complexity. We'll give you a clear roadmap during the proposal stage, so you know what to expect before any work begins.
Do I need to know anything technical to work with you?
No. We build for business owners, not developers — you don't need any technical background to be involved in your own project.
What happens after launch?
You get full ownership — source code, documentation, credentials, and admin access — plus a support window so you're never stuck if something needs attention right after launch.
Do I actually own the software once it's built?
Yes. Full source code, documentation, admin access, and credentials are handed over as standard, not as an optional extra. That's true across every service we offer.
Do you only work with businesses in India?
No — we work with businesses anywhere. Pricing conversations are in Indian Rupees by default, but that's a starting point for discussion, not a restriction on who we work with.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's normal, and it's exactly what a Request A Project Review or an initial conversation is for. Tell us what's going on and we'll help you figure out the right starting point.
About Project Recovery.
Is my project too broken to save?
Often not. Our recovery process starts with an assessment specifically to determine what's salvageable before we recommend anything — including whether a rebuild is genuinely necessary.
What if my previous developer is no longer available?
That's one of the most common reasons businesses come to us. We don't need the original developer involved to assess and recover a project.
