Builders Forge is founded and run by Konishko Dey, based in India and working with clients worldwide. Every project is led by him personally — the person you talk to during discovery is the same person who plans, builds, and launches your system. The starting point for every engagement is the same question: could a business owner with no technical background actually run this system day to day? If the answer is no, the system isn’t finished yet.

Builders Forge is a boutique studio, and that’s deliberate. A large agency gives your project to an account manager, who relays it to a project manager, who assigns it to whichever developers are free that month. Here, there are no handoffs and no relay race: your questions are answered by the person who knows your code, decisions get made in one conversation, and nothing about your business gets lost in translation between departments.
