1. Discovery

We start by learning your business, not by pitching a solution. What's working today, what isn't, who actually uses the systems involved, and what success genuinely looks like from your side, not ours. This is also where a Request A Project Review or Contact form submission leads — a real conversation before any commitment.

2. Planning

We turn discovery into a clear, scoped plan: what's being built, in what order, on what timeline, and for what investment. You get a written proposal, not a verbal estimate that shifts later.

3. Design

We design around how you and your customers will actually use the system — not around what looks impressive in a portfolio. For anything with two sides (a customer view and a business view), both get equal attention.

4. Development

We build to the agreed plan, with regular check-ins so progress is visible and nothing arrives as a surprise at the end. Scope changes are flagged as they come up, not discovered at launch.

5. Launch

We deploy the finished system and confirm it actually works in the real world — not just in a test environment. For mobile apps, this includes the app store review process; for e-commerce, a real test transaction; for recovery projects, a full production-readiness pass.

6. Support

Every project includes a support window after launch to catch anything that needs adjusting once real usage begins. You also receive full source code, documentation, and credentials — so ongoing support is a choice, not a dependency.
