Bug Fix Vs. Rebuild: What's The Difference?

A bug fix repairs one specific, identified problem without touching the rest of the system. A rebuild replaces a system — or a significant part of it — from scratch. The right choice depends entirely on what a proper assessment finds: struggling software isn't automatically a rebuild situation, and a real audit is what tells the difference.
